Aim

The YAY-YÜKA Project aims to build and expand the key account manager system at the interfaces in the Istanbul Region, in order to support the Istanbul industry enterprises to produce high added value through R&D, innovation, cutting-edge technology and knowledge-oriented production activities by bringing together 21 contributors with a learning structure; It is aimed to develop business models so that interfaces can have a structure that can produce solutions directly to the needs of the industry in order to create a result-oriented, interactive, inclusive, co-learning platform for R&D ecosystem actors to increase Interfaces and enterprises institutional capacities, and to support the transformation into an innovation-oriented economic structure.

Key Activities

• Capacity development of interfaces in university-industry collaborations, technology transfer and commercialization of R&D results,
• Needs assessment of the enterprises in order to achieve a more competitive structure,
• Tech and management capacity development of enterprises in order to strengthen their innovation resources,
• Expanding the use of new technologies by businesses, especially businesses operating in critical technologies,
• Enhance the effective use of R&D innovation ecosystem tools and mechanisms.
